I purchased Black Satinwood Paint from this company, along with the recommended undercoat/primer since I was covering white paint (Paintmaster Oxide Primer in Grey).

After applying the primer to the spindles and banister of our staircase, I reached out to the company to explain where the paint was used. This paint is supposed to work for both internal and external applications on metal and wood. I was worried because, once dry, it was clear that there were nano particles in the paint, making it feel rough. I questioned if this paint was really right for my needs, considering it’s meant for metal and wood and is also an anti-corrosion product. The company quickly replied, assuring me it was the correct choice and suggested I sand it a bit to smooth it out before applying the top coat.

I followed their advice, but when I applied the Satinwood (which is actually a Gloss Paint) Top Coat, those nano particles just rose to the surface. I’ve sanded and added top coats two more times, but those particles keep lifting, so the finish isn’t smooth like it should be.

As I mentioned, the black satinwood paint is really a gloss with a high sheen. I’ve contacted the company about the products they sold me and the advice they provided when I first raised my concerns, but they’ve ignored me. I even suggested they stop recommending the primer with their Satinwood, but they’ve brushed that off too.

I’ll be looking to fix our hallway/staircase next year since I just don’t have the heart or energy to deal with it this year. Given that the company has ignored my complaint and the products they sell aren’t as described, I’ll be reaching out to Trading Standards.

I ordered some concrete floor paint along with a sealant. The delivery was quick and the packaging was top-notch. I applied two layers of sealant and two layers of the polyurethane paint on a concrete surface in my lean-to. Even with the bad weather (super wet), the paint dried nicely and gave a tough, shiny finish that looks like it’ll hold up well. Honestly, it seems way better than any floor paints I've tried before. I can't really speak to how it’ll last in the long run since I just painted the floor a week back, but I'm really happy with how it turned out so far.

I placed my order on October 24th, and it was sent out the next day, so I expected to get it by the 26th, according to the delivery service. But here I am, still waiting, as it only arrived on November 2nd. I reached out to Premium Paints, and they said it was with the delivery company. When I contacted the delivery service, they claimed the seller hadn’t shipped it yet. Getting in touch with Premium Paints by phone is a real hassle, and their email responses take forever. A couple of times, I didn’t even get a reply. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they promised to check on my paint and call me back, but that never happened. So, I called the delivery company again to see if they had heard from Premium Paints, and they confirmed that no one had contacted them. This is some seriously poor customer service, and I really wish I had gone with another company. I’ve lodged a complaint to the manager, but I’m not holding my breath for a response. If you’re paying for delivery, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else to ensure you get your items on time.

Everest Trade's Ultimate QD Concrete Floor Paint is a solid choice. The delivery was super fast, and it came well packaged. I put on two coats; the first one was thinned out with one part water to six parts paint, which soaked right into the concrete using a roller. After 24 hours, I applied the second coat straight from the tin, and it went on smoothly. I let it cure for three days. It looks fantastic and seems really tough—no issues with traffic at all. I'm really happy with it, would definitely recommend, and I'd buy it again!

Wow! My house looks completely different now. The coverage is top-notch and it really enhances the look. I pressure washed my old tiles and then applied the anthracite tile paint. I ended up using a paint brush, but I reckon a sprayer might be simpler? Definitely recommend it. I'm planning to tackle the back next.

I'm a little let down by this company since they sold me some Everest driveway sealer paint that had a known problem and didn’t give me any heads-up before I used it. The ink in the paint washes away when it gets wet, and it leaves stains on everything it touches.

Two years back, we applied your anti-slip paint to the big patio around our pool. At the time, we were a bit worried about how the chlorine might impact it. But guess what? The chlorine hasn’t done a thing to it! We’ve even bought another drum to fix up the spots that have worn down.

I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I made my purchase. Just like a bunch of others have mentioned, I placed my order on 25/08 with a promise of 3-5 days for delivery. I got a shipment confirmation the very next day, but the tracking info has said it’s been in transit ever since. I’ve sent a few emails and was assured I’d get my order today. I really hope so. *UPDATE* They got back to my emails super fast and explained that the delivery was held up due to some courier problems. They sent out a replacement, and I got it the next day, along with my original order, which took a whole two weeks to show up. Can’t complain about the customer service, though; it was top-notch.
